Medium‑roasted Pacamara delivers a plush, syrupy body with a bright, citrus‑driven acidity that lifts a core of ripe stone‑fruit and tropical pineapple. Mid‑palate introduces subtle honeyed malt and a whisper of white chocolate, leading to a clean, lingering finish marked by nutty caramel and a faint floral aftertaste. Ideal for black pour‑over or light‑milk espresso.
