Our goal is to create a more intentional coffee experience by connecting customers to the origins, people, and flavor profiles behind every bag. JRCC serves customers across multiple channels, including our direct-to-consumer website, marketplace partners, and CafeDirect, our partnership program for independent coffee shops, boutique hotels, offices, and hospitality partners. Through CafeDirect, we help partners offer premium coffee with stronger origin storytelling, polished retail presentation, and a more memorable guest experience.
