Who can sell on the marketplace?+

Independent coffee companies and tea houses that source and roast or produce their own product. It is not open to resellers or dropshippers. Every roaster is reviewed and approved before publishing.

How do I get paid?+

Through Stripe Connect. When a customer checks out, the payment is split so each roaster receives the revenue from their own products. You set up Stripe Connect as part of approval.

Do I keep my own brand and storefront?+

Yes. You are named, linked, and paid as the maker on every product and every order. Your storefront carries your catalog, your branding, your verified customer reviews, and an Approved Who's Brew Roaster badge.

Can I bring my products over from my current website?+

Yes. You can import from an existing site to auto-fill your storefront and products. Supported platforms include Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace, and Wix. Imported products come in as drafts you review before publishing. This feature is in beta.

Can I set my own prices, shipping, and policies?+

Yes. You control your prices, weights and formats, shipping (calculated per roaster at checkout and paid by the customer), handling window, roast dates, inventory, and your own return and refund policy.

Can I offer subscriptions or wholesale pricing?+

Yes. You can offer your own subscriptions, per-product bulk pricing for larger weights, and Wholesale Discount Profiles that unlock tier discounts once a customer's cart crosses your aggregated weight thresholds.

How does approval work?+

You apply, and Who's Brew staff review your business legitimacy and documentation, your website and public presence, your sourcing and roast or blend model, your catalog quality and accuracy, your fulfillment capacity, and your Stripe Connect setup. Applications are typically reviewed within 4 to 5 business days.
