How Who’s Brew Works
Who’s Brew is a marketplace for independent coffee roasters and tea houses. Customers browse multiple makers in one place, build a single cart that mixes products from different vendors, and check out once. Each maker fulfills and ships their items directly.

Marketplace structure
Who’s Brew does not roast coffee. Each product is sourced, roasted, and fulfilled by the individual roaster. Who’s Brew provides the marketplace, search, payment, and support layer that connects customers with independent roasters.
1. Discover coffee
Browse the shop, category pages, origins, and roaster directory to find products by roast level, origin, process, brew method, format, or roaster. Every product page identifies the independent maker behind it.
2. Compare roasters
Open multiple roaster profiles side by side. Compare sourcing, roast style, certifications, and fulfillment details before adding anything to your cart.
3. Add to one cart
Unlike most online coffee shops, Who’s Brew lets you add items from several roasters to one cart without juggling separate sites or checkouts.
4. Checkout once
Your single payment is processed through Stripe. Who’s Brew routes each roaster’s portion to their connected account automatically.
5. Roasters fulfill and ship
Each independent roaster roasts, packs, and ships their items directly. Who’s Brew generates shipping labels and tracking from a centralized account so you can monitor every shipment in your dashboard.
AI-powered search
Who’s Brew includes an AI-powered search tool that allows customers to describe their ideal coffee using natural language. Type something like “bright fruity pour-over for mornings” and the marketplace returns matching coffees from across every independent roaster.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I get one shipment or many?
Each maker ships their own portion, so an order with three roasters will arrive as three separate packages. This keeps coffee fresh and lets each maker roast on their own schedule.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong?
Open the order in your dashboard and use Report a Problem on the affected item. The maker is notified first and Who’s Brew support steps in if they don’t respond in time.
Can I subscribe to coffee from one roaster?
Yes. When a roaster enables subscriptions on a product, you can subscribe at checkout and manage it from your dashboard.
Do I get one tracking number or several?
You get one per shipment. Your order detail page consolidates them so you can see status across all makers in one view.
