Ditting has taken all of the well-loved features of the 804 and moved them into their new flagship grinder: the 807. Updated with a new, more modern aesthetic and an electric switch instead of an analog rocker, the 807 also boasts impressive internal upgrades. Perhaps the most noteworthy upgrade is the two active fans now draw heat away from the 80mm burrs, keeping your grind size uniform and ensuring balance, clarity, and sweetness in every brew. Every Method Accounted For The 807 is, first and foremost, a premium bag grinder. Capable of grinding up to 30 pounds of coffee per day and equipped with a spring-loaded bag clamp, hands-free bag grinding is simpler than ever. An integrated, vibrating shaker plate settles the ground coffee, allowing you to step away without worrying about accidental overflow. While the 807 was designed with bag grinding in mind, an open workspace allows for grinding into batch brew baskets, or even single-dosing thanks to its low retention spout and knocker. All of these features make the 807 a perfect grinder for a medium or high volume retail environment. Simple & Precise The 80mm, flat steel burrs in Ditting's 807 grinder combined with an easy-to-read, stepless adjustment wheel make precision grinding simpler than ever. The included, special steel burrs in the 807 can even be swapped for the premium, cast steel burrs found in the 807 Lab Sweet, lending even more sweetness to your coffee. Swapping the burrs and cleaning the 807 is straightforward and uncomplicated. No tools are necessary to remove the hopper, and, once removed, the grinder will automatically disengage to prevent accidental injuries. Capable of grinding from Turkish to cold brew with unparalleled particle uniformity at every setting, you can feel comfortable knowing that each brew will taste as good as the last.
